Goods Purchase and Sale Rules

1. General Provisions
1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer (hereinafter – Buyer) and the Seller (hereinafter – Seller), establishing the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed about any changes to the Rules on the online store website.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase–Sale Agreement
2.1. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer creates a shopping cart in the online store, provides a delivery address, selects a payment method, and, having read the Rules, clicks the “Confirm Order” button.

3. Pardavėjo teisės
3.1. Susidarius svarbioms aplinkybėms, Pardavėjas gali laikinai arba visiškai sustabdyti elektroninės parduotuvės veiklą, apie tai iš anksto nepranešęs Pirkėjui.
3.2. Jeigu Pirkėjas bando pakenkti elektroninės parduotuvės darbui, stabilumui ir saugumui ar pažeidžia savo įsipareigojimus, Pardavėjas turi teisę be perspėjimo apriboti ar sustabdyti jam galimybę naudotis elektronine parduotuve.
3.3. Kai dėl nenumatytų aplinkybių Pardavėjas negali pristatyti elektroninėje parduotuvėje užsakytų prekių, Pardavėjas turi teisę nutraukti pirkimo–pardavimo sutartį, prieš tai informavęs Pirkėją. Pardavėjas gali pasiūlyti analogišką prekę. Pirkėjui atsisakius, Pardavėjas įsipareigoja grąžinti sumokėtus pinigus per 14 darbo dienų.

4. Seller’s Obligations and Guarantees
4.1. The Seller undertakes to make efforts to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the online store.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to comply with other requirements established in these Rules.

5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and their delivery and to accept the ordered goods. Payment is made using the Buyer’s online banking system, with a link provided in the online store.
6.2. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, the Buyer must update it without delay.
6.3. The Buyer must comply with other requirements established in these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Liability
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for any consequences resulting from incorrect or inaccurate data.
7.2. The Parties are liable for any breach of the purchase–sale agreement concluded using the online store in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for information provided on other companies’ websites, even if the Buyer accesses these sites through links provided in the Seller’s online store.
7.4. The Seller is not responsible if the goods displayed in the online store differ in color, shape, or other parameters from the actual goods due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s display.

8. Payment and Delivery of Goods
8.1. The shipment is delivered to any «Omniva» parcel locker in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania for €3.50, in Latvia – €5.49, in Estonia – €6.49. Sales and delivery to other European countries are carried out on a regular basis. The delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the recipient’s country and the size of the shipment. Shipments to all European countries are carried out using DPD logistics services or the shipping method chosen by the recipient.
8.2. Goods are prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days from the receipt of payment (when the bank transfer is visible in bank statements).
8.3. If another person pays for the goods, it is MANDATORY to indicate the order number or the name and surname of the person who placed the order in the payment reference.
8.4. The minimum cut length is 1 meter, with increments of 0.5 meters. If the remaining quantity is less than 2 meters, only the purchase of the entire remaining quantity is possible.
8.5. Prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT. Upon order confirmation, the delivery fee is added to the total price of the goods.
8.6. Prices of goods in the online store and in the generated order are indicated in euros.
8.7. If you require an invoice, please inform us before the order is dispatched. Invoices are prepared within 1 week and sent by email.

9. Return of Goods
9.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.”
9.2. According to the Order No. 217, fabrics are included in the category of non-returnable and non-exchangeable goods.
9.3. Quality goods are not returned due to dislike of shape, texture, or color. Defects are considered to be coarse flaws visible from the front side of the fabric. Holes, adhesive strips, or stains 5–10 cm from the edges of the fabric are not considered defects.
9.4. If a Buyer has been sold a product of inadequate quality, the defects of which were not indicated in the description, the Seller may offer to replace the product, reduce its price by providing a discount for another order, or refund the payment for the product and its delivery. The money is refunded to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 days.
9.5. The defective product must be returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered. If the product does not have original packaging (e.g., fabric), the Buyer must pack it so that the product is not damaged during return.
9.6. The Buyer returns the goods at their own expense, except in cases where the product is returned due to inadequate quality. A defective product may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. These Terms and the relations between the Parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.3. All disputes arising from the execution of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.4. The Parties are released from obligations under these Terms if their fulfillment is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (force majeure).
